Dream
on the night of 1 October 2013
I was a part of a few people that would go on a
boat trip on the ocean. During the orientation session, a very small number of
people opted to take the life jackets available (they were standing below and
apart from the rest). When the session was almost finished, I raised my hand
and indicated that I would also like a life jacket. Those who did not want
life jackets were either amazed that I thought that I needed one or mocked me
about it. I was not ashamed of the fact that I needed once, since I cannot
really swim and voiced this to the group. I then went to the small group of
life jacket wearers (who included men, woman and children) and at first it seems
as though there were none left, when I spotted a single, red one, which I then
put on. Some life jackets were yellow and
others were red. When asked, I was told that our excursion on the water
should take approx 30 minutes.
On our way to the ocean, we traveled together as
a group (on foot) on a long, winding dirt road with a hill in front, to our
right hand side. Ahead of us (approx 200 m - 500 m) was a group of people (I
think they were all young men). Then 2 young men came racing recklessly from
behind and passed our group (on on each side) while we were on a bridge in the
road. They were travelling on a weird type of motorcycle / horse cart. They
were driving so badly that I actually cried out to the Lord to keep us safe.
When these 2 reached their group (ahead of us), one collided into another
member of the group and his “vehicle” left the road and as it dropped to the
left into the valley, towards the dry forest below, it caught alight. Within a
split second the whole group in front of us were engulfed in flames. I could
actually see horses (4 or 5 brown ones) and the people burning. Our group immediately
turned round to flee the fire and already parts in front of us were burning.
Two, identical, white oxen standing between us and the group of people on fire
did not move and were also swallowed up by the flames.
I then fled to my father’s house and sat in my
old room. A young man then entered the room and opened a window, which I then
closed. At that stage EVERYTHING outside was ablaze (even the sky was on fire).
The young man told me that he was in the first group of young men but managed
to escape and he now wants to return to try and save some of the others. I then
told him that it is impossible and he left. As I sat in the room, at the
window, only the glass stood between me and the fire but I knew that I was 100%
safe. I actually felt strangely detached from and unemotional towards the fact that
the entire world (apart from that house) seemed to be on fire. I was the only
one in the room and was not aware that there was anyone else in the house
(although I did not visit any of the other rooms).
Once inside the house, I realized that the heat of the flames (when I was outside) actually scorched my hair and turned it a yellow/white color.

ReplyDeleteHi Elize. As I read this dream I received some things which I believe the Lord Jesus want to reveal to you. You must always remember Jesus wants to draw us higher and deeper into Him. I believe the interpretation will draw you closer and into a deeper relationship with Jesus. I believe that through this dream Jesus wants to challenge all people to leave their comfort zone. Thus I submit what I sensed from the Holy Spirit:
ReplyDeleteAll people are on their way somewhere. Christians are '...all in the same boat..." But very few Christians actually realize that they were saved and remain saved by staying in the righteousness of Jesus. Many try to gain salvation through a good and morally righteous life. This becomes especially clear when they step over the line and sin. Then guilt overwhelms them and they feel unworthy of Jesus and feel insignificant before God. The red life jacket is not only salvation, but to remain saved and protected. Many Christians will not admit that they actually believe they are definitively going to heaven. Through this dream, the Holy Spirit is showing you that you are not ashamed to admit you need to accept His righteousness continually, just the apostle John wrote, saying: 9 If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action]. (1John 1:9 Ampl)
Through the first part of the dream the Holy Spirit says that you are not afraid to stand apart from the general group of Christians who has not yet accepted their righteousness in Yahshua / Jesus Christ. Many people will even persecute you when you tell people: "Do not be sin conscious, but Jesus conscious.
Hidden in this dream is also a time aspect, which the Holy Spirit wants to reveal to you: 30 minutes of half an hour. Without going into too much detail: The scripture is talking about: Satan has come down to you, because he knows that his time is short. An hour to God is different than an hour to us. The Lord told the apostle John: 10 Because you have guarded and kept My word of patient endurance [have held fast the lesson of My patience with the expectant endurance that I give you], I also will keep you [safe] from the hour of trial (testing) which is coming on the whole world to try those who dwell upon the earth. 11 I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one may rob you and deprive you of your crown. (Rev 3:10-11 Ampl) Here the hour of trial for the church is said to come upon the earth. The time of the great tribulation upon the earth, will be 7 years. But this time will be cut short, lest anybody would have survived. Thus a half an hour or 30 minutes is only 3.5 years.
Through the next part of the dream I believe the Holy Spirit wants to challenge you and all people who are willing to stand out for Him and for the Name of Jesus:
People are truly like sheep. They are afraid to standing out and therefore travel in groups, because groups calls for safety and protection. But although a group might seem save, providing protection and a feeling of security it also slows down the growing process. Because not everyone are at the same place and in order to get the entire group to be spiritually at the same place, you need to deal with allot of issues. This causes the pace of growth, dependant of the group's growth to be slowed down and also to become like a winding path.
All are generally following Jesus and keep their eyes upon Jesus, who is the hill towards the right-hand, as was written: 2 Yet have I anointed (installed and placed) My King [firmly] on My holy hill of Zion.(Psa 2:6 Ampl). All groups, churches and even ministries generally do this.

But sometimes some people break out of the mould and even out of the group or the general church structure. To the rest around them they seem reckless and even irresponsible. They sometimes hurt other peoples feeling and offend them. These are your forerunners. They do not fit into people’s boxes and structures. They are often scorned for it and even persecute by other Christians. Sometimes they are more bold and fearless and willing to challenge the status quo. They are more passé setters than followers. Some people do not have their kind of faith and get overwhelmed by their acts of boldness and willingness to be fools for Christ. They often do make mistakes, but learn faster than the general group and are more radical. They will venture out in the Spirit and try things which other more reserved Christians will not attempt. They are no fire for the Lord. They are not cold or lukewarm they are hot. To just be around them you will get challenged and inspired and maybe even offended. They are fire starters and have no respect for people feeling and are not people pleasers. They come across reckless, but are willing to give their lives and go with blaze of Glory rather than being lukewarm.
ReplyDeleteGod is specifically given His church such people, who wake people in an abrupt way out of their slumber. These are actually gifts from God to move us out of our comfort zones. They are misunderstood and misinterpreted often. They have a burn zeal for God, which is contagious. They are not necessarily the leaders of churches. They are the true gift to God's church, for zeal for His House consumes them!
Many Christians choose not to be like this kind of trouble making Christians, who challenges and ask allot of questions. They like to follow the norm in the church and its set structure. They are actually only living the life of a Christian to be saved. They will be saved but like those who are plucked from the fire. These type of Christians a passive, apathetic, and aloof of the real truth of the Christian life. They just want to get by and go to church. They actually try to convince those who have zeal for God to calm down, saying things to them like: "You will eventually also calm down!" They actually are so deceived they think they are right and these reckless forerunners are wrong. Maybe the forerunners are not always wise, but they are full of the Spirit of God, and mighty signs and wonders will accompany their lives. They live radical challenging lives. They actually want to do something about what they believe.
Jesus once said: 38 But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins. 39 And no one after drinking old wine immediately desires new wine, for he says, The old is good or better. (Luke 5:36-38 Ampl) Many are not open and ready for the new wine, which the Holy Spirit wants to reveal to His people, His church. They would rather choose to remain comfortable in their kind of religion and church doctrine, rather than trust in the young man - Jesus Christ, who want to open the windows of heaven and pour down so much blessing that you will not be able to contain it.
The Holy Spirit is challenging His church to let go of the old lukewarm attitudes, which are only religious and expect nothing more than what they have already had for many years. In them the words of the apostle Paul is fulfilled: 5 For [although] they hold a form of piety (true religion), they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it [their conduct belies the genuineness of their profession]. Avoid [all] such people [turn away from them]. (2 Tim 3:1-5 Ampl) The general church and the general group of Christians, who love to live in their comfort zones, are actually in apostasy, because they are denying the true power that the church should have had: Sign, wonders, healing, prophecy, tongues and the interpretation of tongues, accompanying them where ever they go.
